Shipping & Delivery Policy


TheHudliProject is committed to deliver your monthly subscriptions on the last week of every month. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. 

How is the delivery charge calculated for my order?

Our prices are all inclusive. The cost of packaging and shipping has been included under the overall price for our subscription boxes. Separate delivery charges will be levied on the customer if the location is considered remote by the delivery partners.

I want to gift the pickle subscription to my friends and family who stay in another city. Is it possible to gift it to them?

Of course, just enter their address on your customer info page when you subscribe. 

How long does it take for my first subscription box to arrive to post purchase?.

Since we are dealing with a monthly subscription model here, your subscription fulfilment begins a month after you purchase the subscription. Like mentioned above, orders are dispatched on the last week of every month. So if you purchase a subscription on 21st January 2017, we will initiate fulfilment in the last week of February, and every month after that till Jan 2018 or July 2018 depending on your subscription plan (12 month or 18 month package). 

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 7406789990 or email us at thehudliproject@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
